Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it firmly to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team verifies the condition of your gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
